This product promotes good posture and prevents/relieves shoulder, neck, upper, mid and low back pain by gently keeping the shoulder back when one is in a forward working position, thus maintaining correct spinal alignment. A two or three pound weight (both included) provides a counter balance and placement of the weight at the beltline allows the posture pleaser to double as a lumbar roll.
